Property Purchasing

I thought you would appreciate some common tips when making a property purchase. Location, location, location is the old saying. What does that mean exactly? Prime areas of town would be the best for resale. The ideal would be next to, and backed up to more residential homes if purchasing a single family residence. Avoid being backed up to, or next to a busy street or apartments. Cul-de-sacs or corner lots are also very desirable. Corner lots have fewer neighbors, and cul-de-sacs are less traffic because it’s a dead end and there are generally about 6-8 homes only in a cul-de-sac. Avoiding things like huge above ground power lines and being in the airport flight path will also help in obtaining a property that will be the most desirable when getting ready to resale.
